yes, do it in the 'patron info' section

http://www.archive.org/account/login.changepw.php

however, this will lose control of your previously updated (and linked to your old e-mail address) shows. If you would like the old transfered to your new e-mail address, e-mail the admins at etree AT archive DOT com to get it done. thanks!

Thanks a bunch for this link, Tyler. This is where to go if IA users want to change their password. I've been looking for this perk. I asked about changing p/w and never heard back. I just changed my p/w. Agricola gets my question answered.

Sorry about that, Monte - the question was buried at the end of a longish thread so I see how it could have been missed. Feel free to repost or email etree@archive if you need a question like that answered...

Ladies & gents... no apologies necessary. I simply responded with some enthusiasm to an interesting conversation there. My old p/w was literally "gratefuldead". I came up with that in a hurry when I first signed up here. I only wanted to make a few comments on The Forums at the time.

It took me a long time to get my act together for you guys, after that.

Several years later, the items I have created here on The Archive were "unprotected." I was using the same p/w all along. Common sense was telling me to change my p/w to something more secure. Thanks again.
